Genre

Drama, Young Adult

Synopsis

Sight Lines explores the many ways in which people of all ages escape from the reality of their lives. Thirteen-year-old Brina is spending the summer at her grandmother’s cottage, and it looks like the days will be spent lazing away. But when she meets a young boy who brings her out of her reverie, she begins to see that everyone in her life—herself included—is living in denial. Fed up, Brina finally challenges everything that stands in her way, which ultimately includes the camera itself.
